300L Hogshead-easier to manoeuvre than a 500L Puncheon and slightly less oak impact than a 228/5L. Increasingly popular for Pinot.
Available Toast levels: Medium Light/Medium Long/Medium/Medium + or Heavy toast, with optional Toasted Heads (but why add the latter?).
Grain selection: Medium Tight, Tight or Very Tight.
Seasoning: Standard or 3 year.
