This is the Bordeaux shaped version of the 228L barrel and like a traditionally coopered Bordeaux barrel, holds 225L.
Available Toast levels: Medium Light/Medium Long/Medium/Medium + or Heavy toast, with optional Toasted Heads.
Grain selection: Medium Tight, Tight or Very Tight.
Seasoning: Standard or 3 year.
